Job Description : We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) to lead our efforts in identifying new business opportunities and driving growth across various markets. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing strategic partnerships, generating leads, and achieving sales targets. As a BDM, you will play a key role in expanding our customer base, fostering relationships, and ensuring our company’s continued success in a competitive marketplace.
Key Responsibility :

  1. Business Strategy Development: Develop and execute strategic plans to acquire new clients and retain existing ones, ensuring long-term business growth.
  2. Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify potential business opportunities, generate leads, and create proposals to attract new clients.
  3. Market Research: Conduct thorough research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify market gaps and opportunities.
  4. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and potential partners in target industries.
  5. Sales & Negotiations: Drive the sales process from prospecting to closing, including negotiations, pricing, and contract management.
  6. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, sales, and product teams to develop tailored solutions for clients.
  7. Client Presentations & Pitches: Prepare and deliver presentations, product demos, and pitches to clients.
  8. Sales Reporting & Forecasting: Track business development activities, sales performance, and market trends, and provide regular reports to senior management.
  9. Customer Retention: Ensure excellent customer satisfaction by addressing concerns, resolving issues, and supporting account management teams.

Qualifications :

  1. Experience: 1 – 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
  2. Education: A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).

Skills :

  1. Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  2. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  3. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with clients.
  4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  5. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  6. Proficiency in CRM software.
  7. Analytical mindset with the ability to assess market trends and identify opportunities.
