Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and curate content across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Quora).
- Use tools like HubSpot and Hootsuite for publishing and scheduling content.
- Create content calendars based on briefs provided.
- Write engaging and creative captions for posts and collateral.
- Respond to social media mentions and manage interactions.
- Collaborate with other departments to align social media posts with product releases, ad campaigns, and brand messages.
- Address ad-hoc communication needs and urgent updates.
- Provide live event coverage and create relevant social media content.
- Coordinate with client representatives to ensure alignment on social media strategies.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) or equivalent work experience.
- Strong presence and understanding of social media platforms and best practices.
- Excellent communication and creative thinking skills.
- Ability to analyze data and apply insights to improve social media strategies.
