Matiz Solutions Pvt Ltd is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Telecaller / Inside Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for lead generation, cold calling, and nurturing potential clients for our digital marketing services. This is a target-based role that requires excellent communication skills, persuasive abilities, and a passion for sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients and generate leads for digital marketing services
- Understand client requirements and explain our SEO, PPC, Social Media, and Web Development services
- Schedule appointments for the business development team with qualified leads
- Maintain and update the CRM database with lead details and follow-up actions
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups
- Achieve weekly and monthly lead generation targets
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to optimize sales strategies
- Handle incoming inquiries and convert potential leads into clients
Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience in telecalling, inside sales, or lead generation (preferably in a digital marketing agency)
- Excellent verbal communication and persuasive skills
- Strong understanding of digital marketing services (preferred)
- Ability to handle objections and convert prospects into leads
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and MS Office
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working in a target-driven environment
- Fluent in English, Hindi, and Marathi (preferred)
